Joyously I have finally found the time to play! I&#8217;m really pleased to have done so too &#8211; the library wipes out all the hassles of working with 2D and 3D graphics in C++; it works great on MacOS and Linux, and more importantly it integrates well with my previous work on 3D Virtual Creatures. Props to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jamesacres.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">James Acres<\/a> whose <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/jacres\/of-ESMShadowMapping\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">stencilled shadow maps<\/a> really make the 3D come to life with minimum effort.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I was introduced to openFrameworks during my talk at at Reasons 2015 and reminded of it recently by algorithmic virtuoso Kelcey Swain.
